Brian graduated from Stony Brook University in 1998 with a degree in Business Management and from Villanova University School of Law in 2002 with a Juris Doctor.  He most previously served as General Counsel to Sorgente Group of America, where he oversaw all legal matters in connection with Sorgente’s American real estate portfolio.  Prior to that, he worked for the international law firms of Dewey & LeBoeuf, LLP and Holland & Knight, LLP, where he represented public and private companies, developers, and investors in all aspects of transactional real estate.
