Aytan is an internationally trained lawyer with experience in corporate and financial law. After receiving her LL.B. degree from the University of Westminster in London (2014), she began her legal career at KPMG, where she advised international clients on corporate structuring, entity formation, and regulatory compliance. Aytan later served as a Legal Advisor at the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan, where she provided guidance on the interpretation of domestic laws and regulations. Before joining BG International, she worked as a business immigration associate at a New York law firm, assisting foreign investors with establishing and expanding businesses in the United States. She also holds an LL.M. degree in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law (2024), where she was awarded the Dean’s Award for outstanding academic achievement and leadership. Aytan is fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and Turkish.
