Sergio has a distinguished career in the legal field, with a strong emphasis on corporate law and governance in Brazil and abroad. He was a former partner responsible for the corporate area at KPMG Legal. He coordinated operations across various sectors, including finance, energy, publishing, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, gases, plastics, construction, IT, glass, paper industry, shipbuilding, sugarcane and ethanol, automotive, and mining industries. He has been actively involved in several professional associations, serving as the Coordinator of the Rights and Prerogatives Commission at the Brazilian Bar Association. He worked mostly with foreign companies setting up their business in Brazil and also the inverse by advising investments and businesses abroad. Sergio Luiz Moreira Coelho is fluent in English and Portuguese.
