Mario has had a long career in the representation of foreign clients doing business and investing in the United States, handling international legal and tax issues. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand in New York where he served as an international tax consultant for American and foreign entities, and subsequently moved to Ingersoll-Rand Company where he refined his experience in the international tax sector working with company's subsidiaries worldwide and international tax matters. He has served in the Office of Legal Affairs at the United Nations and was a clerk for Chief Judge Edward Re at the Court of International Trade. Mr. Gazzola was a partner for over 20 years at the law firm Pavia & Harcourt LLP where he worked mostly with foreign companies setting up their business in the United States. Mario Gazzola is fluent in Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
